We put up your board with a ‘Coming Soon’ slip, usually 7–10 days before launch
Our social teasers go live – just enough detail to spark curiosity but not enough to give everything away
Interested buyers are asked to register to get early access
We test the price with our registered database before hitting Rightmove and Zoopla
It gives you exclusivity, buyer insight, and often – a quicker sale when we go live.
